Job Description:

  • Assist in content team for daily operation ie. social media updates, content scheduling and creation.
  • Analyze & brainstorm on social media data and trends
  • Research popular social media platforms
  • Study emerging social media tools
  • Observe how often those platforms and tools are used
  • Brainstorm and research ideas for original content
  • Write social media captions that speak to the company’s target audience
  • Ensure brand and community message is consistent
  • Ad hoc duties


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Communication Media Studies, Journalism, Broadcasting, Advertising or related fields
  • Active on social media, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
  • Presentable on camera
  • Proficiency in Google Drive or Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia
