Job Description:

  • Assist in performing daily administrative tasks for the Digital team 
  • Monitor and collect data on marketing campaign performances
  • Coordinate the production of marketing materials
  • Compile and maintain records on client accounts.
  • Generate marketing campaign performance and progress reports
  • Report on campaign performance and progress to the Digital Team

 

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising/Media, or its equivalent
  • 0 to 1 year of work experience at entry level positions
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Preferably Female Candidate 
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is a must
  • Able to speak Mandarin is an advantage
  • Efficient organisational and follow-through skills
  • Good mathematical skills and have a keen eye for details
  • Skilled in MS Office, particularly Excel or Google Sheets
  • Impeccable time management
