Digital Account Executive (Client Servicing)
- Develop and execute advertising, marketing, promotion, digital, and social media strategies for clients.
- Ensure proper planning and execution of clients' campaigns to achieve campaign objectives.
- Assist in all project aspects, including cost estimation, budget management, and report writing for clients and agency management team.
- Cultivate and maintain positive client relationships through effective communication and engagement.
- Collaborate closely with the content and creative departments to align with clients' objectives.

Human Resource & Admin Executive
- Responsible for talent recruitment.
- Prepare hiring documents such appointment letters, NDA and all necessary official letters.
- Maintaining employee physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts, Annual Leaves, Claims etc.
- Update internal databases with new hire information.
- Publish and remove job ads and prepare job descriptions.
- Handle on-boarding processes and procedures for new hire.
- Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries.
- Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies.
